Viral chocolate sold in Westfield, popular clothing items from H&M and more
This week, there have been several product recalls, with popular children’s clothing, viral chocolate and more being taken off shelves. People who have purchased children’s dressing gowns and poncho towels from H&M are being warned to immediately stop using these products.
If you have purchased any of these items, you will be entitled to a refund or a method to fix the issue. Aussies should check their homes for the following items.

H&M has issued a product recall for several children’s hooded dressing gowns and poncho towels in assorted colours and styles. They do not comply with the mandatory standard for children’s nightwear, and they do not include a warning label.
“There is a risk of serious burn injuries if exposed to a heat or flame source,” the ACCC said this week, adding that “consumers may not be aware of this risk.”
If you own any of the below products, stop using them immediately and keep them away from heat sources. You can return the products to your nearest H&M store for a full refund, even if you don’t have the receipt.
The products were available between May 2023 and May 2025.

The ACCC confirms “incidents have occurred”.
The large version of the candle is currently available in Adore Beauty, Zjoosh, Wheel&Barrow Home and many other retailers.

Choco Bliss is conducting a recall on their Dubai Chocolate 200g, as it does not include a warning for allergens, including pistachio, milk, sesame seed, and wheat, which may lead to allergic reactions in consumers if consumed.
The product was available to purchase in Westfield locations in Queensland and includes all date markings up to and including January 2026.
“Consumers who have a pistachio, milk, sesame seed or wheat allergy or intolerance should not consume this product,” Food Standards says of the recall. “Consumers should return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice.”

The TGA has revealed that a manufacturing problem related to the circuit board component may impair the device’s ability to function or cause failure.

They share, “This failure could occur at any point when the device is holding a charge. This may be in preparation to deliver therapy, while delivering a shock, or after shock delivery.”
The problem may lead to no shock being delivered or a delay in treatment.
